Empowering Women in Politics
iTeach Africa is built on the conviction that every African woman deserves a real voice, power, and representation in politics — the most direct path to shaping policies, institutions, and lasting change across the continent. We exist to identify, equip, and elevate women who are ready to lead in governance, run for office, influence decision-making, and transform political spaces from local councils to national leadership.

The Vision Behind
iTeach Africa
Ebimoboere Alaibe Elezieanya is a transformative leader at the intersection of education, women's empowerment, and governance across Africa. With a career defined by an unwavering commitment to equity and inclusion, she has built and led organisations that open doors for those most often left out of critical decision-making spaces.
As Director General of iTeach Africa, Ebimoboere shapes the strategic direction of a continent-wide education initiative, driving innovation in learning access and system-level reform. She understands that lasting change begins in communities, and she brings that conviction to every programme she leads.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Empower Her for Governance, she has created dedicated pathways for women to participate meaningfully in political and civic life — championing policy advocacy, leadership training, and network-building that translate women's voices from the margins to the centre of power.
Ebimoboere holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Politics, a Master's in International Politics from Hull University (UK), and a Master's in Management from the University of Surrey (UK), with a Diploma in Montessori Education from the North American Montessori Centre. She is also the author of RESTLESS.
"Expanding access is not charity — it is the precondition for a just society."
